These terms are here to help you understand my site and what is allowed where and what isn't.

 Nothing on this site is to be downloaded and or passed around unless 
you have written permission from me.

 premades that you purchase from this site are yours to do with how you wish except change the actual image
 or claim them as your own.
A link back would be nice 

Anything you make from my tutorials is yours to do with as you see fit web sets stationary, premades , sigtags,  adoptables ,
 For profit or not profit 

As long as you don't take credit for the actual tutorial..
You can also put them in a members area as tubes if you have purchased my tube licence for $5
 

Any web sets and layouts from the purchase ware section must be linked back to me.

Adoptions are provided with a banner for you to add YOUR site to so when you adopt them out the link back goes to you 

credit to me would be nice but not needed,,

By paying for my members area you are paying to view the tutorials and make them obviously and use the backgrounds, layouts, line arts etc you are not paying for the rights to the tutorial you may not pass it out or redistribute it in anyway.

You may alter line art a bit to suit your needs  and change your tutorials so they aren't the same as mine
I encourage this as it stops any mix up

Tubes
You can use my tubes to make websets,premades, and sig tags for non profit and profit
All i ask is that you dont offer them for downlaod
